You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of the purchase date, where consultancy activities, login to membership services or usage of the software has not yet commenced. Services that are paid for monthly or annually in advance cannot be refunded. At the next available cancellation date any services of this nature will be stopped without further charge.
For reference, next available cancellation dates with services we re-sell to our clients are per those business’ billing policies:

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our products or services or feel that they do not meet with the appropriate descriptions given, please contact us directly to agree a mutually acceptable outcome.
All card transactions will be made back to the payment card used to make the purchase; bank transactions to the original bank account. No other refund options are available. If you do wish to cancel your order your payment will be returned to your in full minus the cost of bank or merchant card processing fees.
